At One Day At A Time, every ticket sold secures your spot at our events. Because we put a lot into planning and hosting, our refund and cancellation rules are clear and simple.
General Policy
All ticket sales are final.
We do not issue refunds or cancellations if you simply change your mind or can’t attend.
Refunds or ticket transfers are only allowed under special circumstances, such as:
The event is canceled.
The event is significantly rescheduled.
A major change occurs (e.g., headlining DJ cancellation).
Ticket Transfers & Cancellations
If an event is canceled, you will be offered either:
A refund to your original payment method (following Shopify’s processing rules), or
A transfer of your ticket to another Odaat event (subject to availability).
Ticket transfers to another person’s name are not generally allowed, but we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis if an event is canceled or rescheduled.
Deadlines
Refunds and cancellations depend on the timing of the cancellation and our ability to manage the situation.
We’ll always communicate deadlines clearly if an event is canceled or rescheduled.
