Welcome to One Day At A Time, operated by ALAYAM TO ORGANIZE PARTIES & EVENTS, based in Qatar. By purchasing a ticket or accessing our site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before continuing.

This website is owned and operated by ALAYAM TO ORGANIZE PARTIES & EVENTS (Qatar). We currently sell event tickets, and in the future we may also offer merchandise or other products.

Tickets & access

Tickets are sold directly by us for ODAAT events.
Each ticket provides entry for one person and is linked to a unique QR code.
Ticket confirmations are delivered by email as a PDF and may also be added to your Apple Wallet.

Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is canceled or significantly rescheduled by us.
If an event is canceled, you may receive either:
- A refund for the original purchase, or
- A ticket transfer to another Odaat event (subject to availability).
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

Ticket Types

Events may offer different ticket types (e.g., Walk-In, Reserved Table, or RSVP options).
Paid events typically include one main ticket type, while RSVP events may include multiple options.
Some events may have early bird or tiered pricing. These will be clearly displayed on the ticket page.

Entry & Age Restrictions

Entry is managed through QR code scanning at the door.
Our events are generally 23+, though exceptions may apply depending on the event.
Valid ID may be required for entry.

Lineup & Event Changes

We always aim to deliver the announced program, but lineups and schedules are subject to change due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.
Changes to event details do not automatically entitle a refund unless the event is fully canceled.

Dance Floor Policy & Conduct

We want Odaat events to be safe, respectful, and unforgettable. By attending, you agree to follow our Dance Floor Policy (available on a separate page), which outlines community rules and expected behavior.

payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and MyFatoorah.
We do not store any credit card details directly.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that:

Attendance is at your own risk.
Odaat is not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or unforeseen disruptions beyond our control (e.g., weather, technical issues).
